Bio: I'm a work in progress. On May 27, 2013, my boyfriend (now my husband) and I made the decision to get healthy and lose weight… the old fashioned way! Through healthy eating and exercise habits, we collectively dropped 130 lbs a year later. This blog is to encourage me as I continue towards my goals and to hopefully serve as a helpful tool for those who are unsure of where to start. I do not claim to be an expert, I'm just sharing what worked for us.
